Hi, my name is Maria - thank you for looking over my website. 

I had wanted to study to be a counsellor for several years, but finding the 'right' time was tricky with a young family. 

After moving to Chester in 2019, I decided to start my training with Glyndwr University - where I gained a HE Diploma in person-centred counselling. 


For the previous 20 years I worked within the advice and guidance sectors, where I supported a varied caseload of clients. I was using counselling skills throughout all these roles, which lead me naturally into becoming a counsellor and setting up my own business. 


I work 1-1 with adults aged 18+.


Some recent training and areas of interest include: 
Rewind Technique, Neurodiversity, perimenopause, advanced diploma in CBT, relational depth, domestic abuse, CPTSD, ACE's, childhood sexual abuse, diploma in child psychology, trauma, single session therapy, online counselling.
